SCM is a band from The Netherlands (Zwolle, Overijssel) that plays Not-D-Beat mixed with Hardcore and Crust. It started at the end of 2006 as a project of Erik (Ex-Rabid, Ex-Civil War on drums) and Sander (Ex-Jobcrusher vocals) who joined forces with Kim and Peter, who picked up the guitars. A bassplayer was found in Kapoen for more than a year, but since he liked shipping containers and technobasses more, he was replaced by xWammusx, an ICT-expert on the rise! After 1,5 year, the band decided that Sander had become way to sexy to still fit in, so he left to go back to school and become a famous plumber. Enter Thijs, aka Grollebol, who makes the best vegan mousaka in the world! After playing about 80 shows, a mini-tour and three tours through west/central Europe, Germany/Czech-republic and Scandinavia they are still active, they have released an MCD on BoredToTheCore-records, and at the moment they are about to release a split 7"with their friends from M:40.

Next april and june, we're touring England with German pretty boys Alpinist, and Germany/Czech republic with M:40! Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply..
