“I would literally study the songs, write down the lyrics and rap them over the track until I was in sync”, Cole says. This began his appreciation for writing which lead to him writing and performing his first song at the age of 12. Cole soon realized at age 16 that he was missing two key elements; beats and the ability to record. This lead to him bouncing back on his musical foundation and applying it to rap music.
He began to build his personal recording studio while learning the ins and outs of running one. “Coming from a small country town, I had no one I could depend on to do these things, so I took the initiative to learn it myself.”, Cole says. He went on to record three demo CD’s as he focused on developing his skill. After the release of his last demo in 2006 Cole gave his life to Christ which changed everything.
He then decided to stop his career in music and focus on maturing spiritually. Now after four years, Cole is back and eager to share the saving grace of Jesus Christ though the avenue of gospel rap music. He is currently working on his first official EP release which is scheduled to drop April of 2012 and will be available on iTunes as well as all major online music stores.
