Anonymous, again with Jaffe and Carmody but also joined by flamenco guitarist Jonathan Gomes. The band quickly found that name was taken by a recently released reggae compilation and began the search for a new name while temporarily reusing the Kubakub name. After going out for burritos in Davis Square, the band found inspiration upon cleverly reading the name of the Rosebud Cafe backwards (a similar tactic used with Kubakub and the Buck-A-Book bookstore) and assumed the name Dubesor until going on hiatus after graduating high school. ~But wait, there's more!~ Youth Hostile first used his computer to record what (for lack of a better word) could be described as music after being introduced to Propellerhead's Reason by former mentor Stain.
Through no fault of his own, Stain promptly gave up on Youth Hostile after realizing Hostile's extreme shortcomings. Nevertheless, Hostile worked his way through learning the basics of Reason, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Adobe Audition and Bias Peak Pro but to this date has not produced anything worthwhile to listen to. Throughout high school, Hostile suffered from a severe case of not being able to concentrate on much of anything and began his collegiate career at Landmark College in Putney, Vermont. An upgrade from his previous basement setting, Hostile's production studio became his shared dorm room the size of a standard Rikers' cell and was decorated in a similar fashion. After exhausting any inspiration attained from staring at horribly off-white cinderblock walls, Hostile decided to take his act international and move a few hours up the road to the Montreal, Quebec.
