There are three artists who share this name. 1) Milton William Cooper (May 6, 1943 - November 5, 2001) was an American writer and shortwave broadcaster. Cooper came to public awareness in the late 1980s by way of the burgoning UFO research community. He published his most famous work, the paranormal/parapolitical book 'Behold a Pale Horse', in 1991. This program included his sub-series called 'Mystery Babylon' which traced the secrets of government control from the time of the ancients to the Clinton administration and beyond. In 2009 he released his debut album "Beware of the Pale Horse". 3) William Cooper is a music artist based in Melbourne, Australia. His many facets include accompanying, busking, and solo performing.

A self-taught pianist, he has also picked up accordion and glockenspiel, alongside dijeridoo and baritone ukulele. Having been called a "fresh talent", and "an ethereal mix if Philip Glass and a tea-set had a love child", William hopes to bring new ideas and his DIY attitude to the contemporary classical music scene. His debut EP 'Shades of Green' has been released digitally, and also as limited edition CDs. William has also appeared with a great array of musicians including The Jane Austen Argument, Amanda Palmer, Mikelangelo, Huckleberry & Me, Brendan Maclean, and is currently in the band Dearly Wish.
