Voz del Fuego

Voz Del Fuego is a brazilian, Rio de Janeiro, electro noir one-woman-band. After her departure from the early 90's dark-electro/EBM/dancepunk band Inhumanoids, Leandra Lambert, the Voz Del Fuego itself, begun making music that borrows the dark sensibility of her previous band but leaves the orthodox gothic-anger style in favour of a more mature and flexible modern electronic music (merging, for example, a 'dark mood' with electro-funk), creating an introspective, bohemian, sensual, urban and noir atmosphere. By 2005 she started playing backed-up by the band Lingerie Underground (see also Voz Del Fuego & Lingerie Underground). At the end of 2007 this band has finished its activities.

In 2008 Leandra Lambert get involved and many other new musical projects and bands, such as Skygirls (kind of post-rock with psychedelic and electronic touches, freak disco-punk and some soft moments with french chanson and bossa-nova influences); Dziga Vertov (experimental electronic with atmospheric guitars, ritualistic vocals and anything that can produce some good sounds), Mulher Espacial (psychedelic jam band with some post-punk, post-rock and trip-hop influences) and Luna Chip (live electronics, circuit bending, 8-bit glitch, photo cells, piezo disks). In 2009 Voz del Fuego became a solo-oriented project as it was in the beginning, with guitar player Flávia Goo as a collaborator, specially in live gigs. Nowadays, Leandra is working on new songs and noises. Read more on Last.fm.
