VIRTUAL VICTIM was founded as a solo project by the 29-year old German musician Chris in April 2004. Virtual Victim's style reaches from club compatible dark-electro to EBM. On the one hand melodic, danceable and dreamy, but on the other hand containing threatening elements Chris makes extensively use of all kinds of modern electronic genres. Distorted vocals point out the wide range of soul suffer. VIRTUAL VICTIM's songs currently spread over some German dark music clubs and are on the playlists of famous internet radio stations. At the beginning of 2006, VIRTUAL VICTIM won the readers' voting of the Sonic Seducer 'Battle Of The Bands Contest 2005' with the hit single 'Away'.

Afterwards a couple of songs were released on different compilations such as "Lost In Darkness III" or "Extreme Sündenfall IV". Recently VIRTUAL VICTIM signed a label deal at Rupal Records / X-Cem which is going to release the debut album "TRANSMISSION" in February the 24th in 2007.
