Her lyrics often question society, addressing female stereotypes, TV, addiction, and religion. She has played many shows in the Los Angeles and Bay Area, toured the West Coast, and played Ladyfest and Scutterfest.

She has shared the stage with many bands including Mika Miko, The Sharpease, Boyskout, Eagle and Talon, 8 Bit, Lynn Breedlove, Dame Darcy, Antiquark, Hot and Heavy, Deadlee, and Analog Tara. In the past, her shows have incorporated slide projections of creepy kittens, high school portraits, and dildos. More recently, she has projected highly colorful, and sometimes psychedelic digital visuals. Vickie has released one tape, as "DJC" and 2 CD EPs, "Shut Yr Snatch" and "Violent Vickie EP".

She is currently producing and recording a full length album entitled "Monster Alley", collaborating with Caterina Ballerina, San Cha, Spectacle Spectacle, and Valiant Steed, and planning a "Spring Break" NorthWest tour. http://www.violentvickie.com http://www.facebook.com/violentvickiemusic http://www.myspace.com/violentvickie Read more on Last.fm.
