Where their debut consisted mainly of interpretations of traditional Nordic songs, this time most songs were written by the band itself. Valravn has toured extensively in Denmark and Europe, having played festivals and venues in Germany, Norway, The Netherlands, Finland, France and Switzerland, to name a few. Highlights include Roskilde Festival, Spot Festival, by:Larm and TFF Rudolstadt. While in the process of working on their third album, originally slated to be released in 2013, lead singer Anna Katrin Egilstrøð decided to leave the band. Her decision was followed shortly by the departure of fellow band-member Juan Pino. The album would not be completed and the band called it quits, with a final series of live performances held in Russia, Germany and the Netherlands during the summer of 2013.
