The Hotel 17 were a Berlin-based German britrock band. They originally existed from 2000 to 2003. During that time the band played many of Berlin`s bars and venues with an entire set of original music. Largest gigs include a performance at the "Traenenpalast" in front of 2.000 people and at the then called "Columbia Fritz" before a crowd of ca. 1.000. Although The Hotel 17 never had an official record release, Radio Fritz plays their demo version of "Superimpose" to this day every now and then. Read more on Last.fm

Although The Hotel 17 never had an official record release, Radio Fritz plays their demo version of "Superimpose" to this day every now and then. After the split the band played two reunion shows. One at the Fete de la musique, June 21 2004 and another on August 4, 2006. Band members include(d): Claas Engels - Vocals Joerg Meyer - Guitars, Vocals Dieter Webel - Bass Elias Struck - Drums At the two reunion shows, Thomas Meyer played both lead and rythm guitars.
