The Elfboyz were officially born in 2001, when John and Bryan recorded a unique German techno record, What Iz Up!! Elf Boyz???!1. John and Bryan had worked together before -- in 2000, they collaborated on a now-classic Fidel and the Castronauts track entitled "The Nosebleed Song" (immortalized in a Taco the Wonder Dog Flash animation). The Elfboyz' second album, The Elfboyz Meet Loaf, was completed in 2002, and marked a huge departure from their previous electronic material.

With 2003 came the Elfboyz' ambitious concept album, Pat Often Left Us, on which John and Bryan crafted some of their most original and accessible songs to date. After a three year hiatus, John and Bryan invited Richard into the group, and the new, three-piece Elfboyz released the dynamic Gonna Go EP. Read more on Last.fm.
