The 1st Line

In a time where the music industry seems way over-populated with goofy outfits, eyeliner, one-finger synthesizer solos, and triggered double bass drums, some of us still want to rock the fvck out like when Hot Water Music, Good Riddance, and Pegboy ruled our punk rock worlds. For those people, The 1st Line is for you! Band members Kevin Levins, Danial Levins, and Dominique Atoigue have been playing music together off and on over the last decade or so, but it hasn't been until the last three years where they have put their thoughts and energy together in order to create The 1st Line (T1stL). In 2010, Pete Robbins joined T1stL as bassist, and finally the band has all square pegs in square holes. All the band wants to do is play the music they were born to create, and rock the fvck out while doing it! The band's debut album "What's New To The Old You?" was released on Northeast Records in 2009, and is filled with aggressive guitar riffs, explosive drum work, and super catchy lyrics.

It could be found at www.northeastrecords.com, itunes, interpunk.com, and amazon. The band is currently working on their second album that is due out in late 2010, again on Northeast Records. The band plays shows across CA, and just finished a short tour with Nothington (BYO Records). Keep up with T1stL here --> www.facebook.com/T1stL Read more on Last.fm.
