The style – stoner rock - is the result of a mixed influences that the members have in matter of music and culture. The main elements that create this fusion are grunge and psihedelic. Others have been included on the way. As a short history, the project was founded by Victor and took form after Victor and Mihnea reached the same language as far as music composition. After repeated search Vlad became the bands drumer, bringing a new flow to it.

The band was completed when Bogdan joined, whose vocal lines bring the music closer to its origins. The band's initial line-up was : Bogdan Rusu (vocals), Mihnea Ferezan (guitars), Victor Ferezan (bass guitar), Vlad Bolborea (drums). On April 29th 2009 Bogdan Rusu leaves the band. He is replaced by Petra Acker from the funk band The Others, who makes her debut with the band on June 20th. On September 4th 2009 the band goes on an indefinite hiatus. After an 8 month break, Tep Zepi reunite in May 2010, replacing drummer Vlad Bolborea with John Ciurea (ex-White Ash, ex- vaduvaBOB, ex-Highlight Kenosis). Read more on Last.fm.
