Xiu Xiu has acoustically reworked many of XITSJ's songs. XITSJ's experimental nature allowed Stewart the creative freedom to progress as a musician and form what would become Xiu Xiu. Jamie has noted in an interview that he felt the recordings were done hastily, but the band "rock[ed] the casbah live." All recordings by the band have been rereleased by Asian Man Records as Accordion Solo!. Read more on Last.fm.
