Their name came about after many months of debate between the pair, but ultimately it was a trip through San Francisco’s Telegraph Hill that became the genesis of the bands name. The 5-track debut release is a self-produced EP called Outpost, which came out in November of 2008. Created over several months of experimentation and collaboration, the mixture of layered guitar-driven rock, direct lyrics and hair tingling vocals attracted immediate attention and praise with Cell Phone and Uncharted as the first singles. Ian of SDMP Records found them blog worthy and wrote great review of their first offering Outpost on Sunday, May 10, 2009 Most recently they have been working with author Paula Unger, creating the theme music for a cartoon series she's developing based on her book, the Punky Pets whose first video has just been completed featuring the catchy little tune called We are the Punky Pets.

Their first photo and interview appeared in issue #11 of plaztikmag.com, an online fashion mag, in March of 2009. The band is currently working on a follow up record that explores collaborations with many friends in the nyc music scene and since many of those friends are DJs expect to hear some dance beat experimentation.
