Raised and bred in Detroit, Michigan, Ta’Raach P.K.A. Lacks, takes his music seriously; Love always Prospers when he lends a hand. Never compromising and always innovating, this veteran (a decade and some change in the game) is a triple threat with lyrics, beats and vocals. Ta’Raach has worked with a host of notables inside and out of Motor City between Dwele to J Dilla, Carl Craig to Elzhi (of Slum Village), Waajeed to Amp Fiddler.

Nowadays, in between showcasing his talent behind the decks, making beats and dropping lyrics for the likes of Platinum Pied Pipers, Dabrye, As One (Kirk Degiorgio), and Exile, he’s making sure that the LOVELUTION will be televised. Readying his Sound In Color (SIC) release “The Fevers,” Ta’Raach mans the boards, production, MC duties, and songwriting with true Rock City finesse. Add to the mix, stellar collaborations with hometown brethren Big Tone, Amp Fiddler, and Fuzz Scoota, rising MC star Blu, as well as new schoolers J Mitchell, The Beloved, and Cashius King. Be sure to get your health up, ‘cos your sure to catch a case of “The Fevers!” Read more on Last.fm.
