Levy played the lead role of Gili in the critically acclaimed feature film ‘Six Acts’, Directed by Jonathan Gurfinkel. For this performance she received several awards for best leasing actress including the Israeli film Academy award for 2013. Sivan had created and starred in multiple successful short films. ‘Cherchez la femme’ (2008), featured on ARTE, and was presented at the ‘Tel Aviv Museum of Arts’ and at the “Berlinale 59”; ‘Water Wells’ (2010) where she also composed the original soundtrack, achieving worldwide festival exposure; ‘Dina & Noel’ (2012) once again presented in “Berlinale 63” - “Generation 14+” and “Teddy”. In both ‘Water Wells’ and ‘Dina & Noel’ she also composed and co-composed the original soundtracks. As a musician, she had been playing piano since the age of 3, Majored music in “Alon school of arts”.
In the army she served as a singer in the IDF ensemble, with whom she was touring for 2 months across the USA. With her band and original music she was invited to perform in Russia, Australia, Italy and supported José Gonzále and Junip in for concert in Tel Aviv this year. She was composing the score for the theatre play “The citron Blossom” by Joshua Sobol, Directed by Yehezkel Lazaro, in the play she had Also played a leading role divided to 3 different characters. Recently she directed and starred in a music video, covering ‘My Funny Valentine’, as a tribute to the Director Amos Guttman, Now screening 3 times a week around Israel’s cinematheque.
