Siren Filter are : Steve Wellington and Renn Previous to working together as Siren Filter, Steve and Renn indivudally have had a broad and varied career working on projects such as film scores, including one for MTV and working with artists including Basement Jaxx, Fun Lovin Criminals, Anastasia, Keziah Jones, TonTon David, Jools Holland and Roachford.

Influenced by an eclectic mix of artists including Hendrix, Kraftwerk, Marvin Gaye, Bjork, Bob Marley, Radiohead, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Sound Garden, Nirvana Siren Filter were one of 21 select acts to feature in the prominent French music magazine Les Inrockuptibles band competition. Their song Little Rich Freak was released exclusively by the magazine on a compilation album.
