It was a follow up to Sonic Audio adapting a completely different sound. Sonic Audio members Jon Dunn & James Portas also joined the band. They only played one gig at the Islington Academy introduced by Steve Harris XFM as part of the UK Festival Awards in 2006. The band started to record an album but it was never finished and recording was aborted as KAV had to commit to world wide touring and an album as guitarist & writer for Happy Mondays. All recordings on Lastfm are free to download and are unfinished first edits of the tracks recorded. Keyboard player Peter Oag went on to tour & record with Jersey Budd.

Jon Dunn & Dan Broad also continued to record and tour with Happy Mondays & then Shaun Ryder. Bass player Nick Shepherd continued to work with various London bands and was the first Bassist involved with KAV’s solo project a year later. Drummer James Portas also joined KAV’s solo project a year later & worked with KAV as his drummer till 2012. He played his last gig with KAV supporting Kasabian at Brixton Academy in August 2012. KAV played guitar for Happy Mondays till V Festival 2007 & is now still touring & releasing under KAV to this date. Read more on Last.fm.
