In July of 2012, Satellites Fall was invited by local indie/alt rock station 95.5 WBRU to open for Multi-Platinum Selling Recording Artists, "Bush" (Interscope, Atlantic, E1 Records) in Providence, RI (Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel). Due to singer Mark Charron being out of the country the date of the show, they were unable to perform. Later that month, they were a supporting act for the Platinum Selling Recording Artists, "Hoobastank" (Island Records) at The Webster (Underground) in Hartford, CT. They have also opened for other notable national acts including "The Trews" (Bumstead, Universal Records) who have two Gold Records, "Electric Six" (WEA, Metropolis Records) who have a Gold Record in the UK, and Sponge (Sony, Beyond, Idol Records) who had the hit songs "Plowed" and "Molly", as well as a Gold Record in the US.
Satellites Fall remains a very active band with a heavy gigging schedule. The band has won various competitions and have been voted artist of the month in several publications, including Rocksposure.com (February, 2012). The band is scheduled to start recording their follow up EP, "Pascal's Wager", in late 2012/early 2013. Read more on Last.fm.
