A long time ago: Saint Vlasco was a man who lived during the mid-1800's and one of the only saints to die in America. During his many travels he would sing and write folk tunes for the children to gather 'round and listen to, rather than have them running around the maypole (rather a phallic object really). The children all loved those songs he sang, until one day the parents heard a ruckus. The good Vlasco was then locked in a pine box, set on fire, then buried alive. Current timing, in the year of someone's lord: Dan (singer for the endies!) was lounging about one day when he heard a faint whiper, then a calous welp, then a meek meowing each of these telling him to sing! So he did, beautiful tones came out his mouth, songs unlike any he'd heard recently. So he jotted them down stole the good Saint's name and uses it for profit!
