River Sagittarius started when Kshetrajna and Pradeep were looking to create some different kind of music than what was being played around them at the time.....it all started when Pradeep dropped in to a jam session of Kshetrajna's old band and just jammed for a few mins and the resulting song which later became one of their originals,sounded amazing.This led to Kshetrajna quitting his ex-band and forming the new band with Pradeep along with Kevin on drums. River Sagittarius started when Kshetrajna and Pradeep were looking to create some different kind of music than what was being played around them at the time.....it all started when Pradeep dropped in to a jam session of Kshetrajna's old band and just jammed for a few mins and the resulting song which later became one of their originals,sounded amazing.This led to Kshetrajna quitting his ex-band and forming the new band with Pradeep along with Kevin on drums.A couple of months down the line Ashwin joined the band along with Keyboard and that was the Initial line up along with Ritu Raj on Guitar....But a couple of shows later Ritu quit the band to concentrate on academics....Subbu replaced him and Nitesh replaced Kevin on Drums....Sowmya joined the band too to complement Pradeeps growl vocals with clean vocals.... The Band now focuses on bringing out their own distinct sound...though it is extremely difficult to specify which genre the band belongs too,it can be broadly classified as Melodic/Vedic/Death Metal Read more on Last.fm.
