Members of the band are Dave Reumers - vocals Boris Wouters - guitar Chris Immekeppel - drums Daniel Immekeppel - bass Maurice Gijsbers - guitar (former member: Richard Bruinen - drums) Right Direction: http://rightdirectionhc.blogspot.com/ In 1990 the band began touring with Gorefest which shows that their sounds does not only appeal to the hardcore punk audiences, but also has strong ties with the metalscene. During this time they releae two EP's on the underground label "Worst of All" and can be found as support acts for bands such as Excel, Yuppicide, Sick of it all, In 1992 the drummer Richard Bruinen quits the band and can later be found performing in the band Backfire!. 1993 is the year of their first full length album "How Many More Lies". They tour Europe with Madball, Beowulf and Warzone.

A second full lenght is released in 1995 called "All of a Sudden". In the fall of this year the band splits up after having toured with Slapshot and Bitter. Vocalist Reumers focuses on another band $400 suits (they release "Never Give What You Can't Take Back") and drummer starts the band Demon Joker Junior (releasing an EP and the full length "Once In A Blue Moon"). May '97 marks the reunion of Right Direction, and the start performing weekly once more.

A thrid full length is released in 1998 named "To Right The Wrong". The next year proves to be a hard one, as their former drummer (but still a close friend) Richard Bruinen commits suicide. Under the Belgian label I Scream a fourth full length sees the light of day called "Bury The Hatchet" in 2000 followed by "Beyond The Beyonds" in 2001. During their many years in the European hardcore scene, Right Direction has proven it's worth a thousand times over and may be seen as one of the major bands in the Eurocore genre.
