Richie Truxillo is a physician specializing in Family Medicine and Medical Informatics. He is currently in Residency at the Carilion Clinic. Richie wrote songs about a game called Everquest back in 1999 and smoked the MP3.com charts for two years straight. The artist is most noted for his tracks "Rat Killer", "Norrathian Sky" along with the skits "When Beggars Attack" and "Revenge of the Beggars." After a couple years of releasing comedy tracks, he became MIA until starting Medical school in 2004 where he released three new tracks: "WoW Owns You!," "Waiting for Oblivion" and "Scut Monkey." The MMORPG community is eagerly awaiting more music and skits from him but it seems he is currently busy with Residency, though intelligence from his blog and myspace indicates he is working on more tracks.

A beta MP3 from his "Everquest Songs Remastered" project indicates vastly improved vocals. "An Everquest Song (Remastered)" was aired on the Dr. Demento Show in 2005 and was much better than the original. This brings hope to current Richie Truxillo fans that he will be back soon with more songs.
