His deep, crooning and warbling vocal stylings and lyrics are - for lack of a better term - distinctively goth. Guitarist Mikal Arnold is the band's instrumental mastermind and has a nack for modernized new wave/post punk guitar riffs that are as slick as they are driving and danceable. His chops are along the lines of a "Dog Man Star" era Bernard Butler with a heavy dose of dance in the Gang of Four ethic. The band also features Natasha Hassett on bass and Michael Moore (no, not the documentary guy) on drums. Revolver Modèle admits to being theatrically and thematically pretentious, but is always energetic and crowd pleasing at their concerts.
Wearing inspiriations on their Elizibethan sleeves such as My Bloody Valentine, Joy Division and Suede, Revolver Modèle has released one album to-date, the appropriately named "Discoteque Crypt" and two EPs - "Revolver Modèle" and "Revolver."
