Goth Metal Horror Practitioners hailing from the docklands of Northwest England. PuppetMaster formed late in 2006 after siamese twins Elihu Lazarus (Vance Kirkland) and Logan Balthazar (Vince Kirkland) were brought together for the first time after being surgically separated at birth through a chance meeting at the party of a mutual friend. Both had totally rejected the organised religions in which they had been raised and suffered the same recurring nightmare involving slugs from outer space. More importantly they were both frontmen of rock bands. Both sing and play guitar although through Lazarus was the craftman of the guitar while Balthazar's voice could strip wallpaper from walls. With the addition of bassist Charon, drummer Gui and Dr Sulphate on synthesisers and loops, the twins formed PuppetMaster, taking their name from Robert E Heinleins 1951 science fiction novel, The Puppet Masters because the book has many similarities with their shared nightmare - battling against slug-like parasitic invaders from outer space.
