eventually assisting in the birth of Stephen's label Perhaps Transparent Records. After a recommendation from friend Pat Gubler (PG Six), Stephen met up with Pat’s Tower Recordings’ band mate Scott Freyer. Quickly after, friends Frank Murphy and Mark Townsend agreed on joining in to create and nurture Pothole Skinny. Mark Townsend left after a short time, but still appears as a guest on occasions. After the release of “Time Shapes the forest Lake”, local Abaton Books’ artist and Punk/Experimental Veteran Mark Dagley (The Girls) was coaxed into sliding his hand into the fold and has since become one of the key members.
