It is more of a reminder for him to never forget where he came from. His writing reflects a lot of his emotions & silliness. Ever since he heard the song "Word up" by Cameo he’s been into hip-hop. Born in 1982 so that means he’s had a 20 year relationship with rap & feels as if he has a responsibility to speak to the people.
