He is also an active member of his church. Presently Pat is a Director of the Sussex Kiwanis Nursing Home, a member of the Sussex Vale Golden K Kiwanis Club and a singing member of Golden K Ramblers. Pat is always interested in country music and singing in church choirs. In his later teens he organized a group called the Balsam Boys, entertaining at house parties and community functions. In the fifties he began to M.C. variety and local talent shows providing comedy and song as required. This continued until recent years, when other demands & health conditions have caused cutbacks on those requests. Beginning in 1966 and continuing for seven years, Pat performed with Sussex Town and Country Orchestra.
In 1986 he was back on stage with the Sussex Valley Jamboree, performing as a comedian. Presently, he enjoys singing in the church choir and with the Golden K Ramblers. 2. Pat Patterson is the rap alias of the stoner god Payne Edward Wheat. Although after huge mainstream success following his debut "Pat Patterson Presents Rap in Scientific Form," Payne Edward Wheat took a break from the rap scene.
However, as of recently, with a little help from his friends Patty P's back in the music scene and ready to reign.
