Parades End formed in 1994 as Orlando Sanchez (Guitar), Jae Hansel (Guitar), Leonardo Salas (Bass), Juan Vargas (Vocals), and John Richey (Drums). They played a few shows, recorded two songs with this line up, in which one song "My Sky" was released on Indecision Records Compilation Guilty by Association. Following Juan leaving the band Jae and Orlando took over on Vocals and recorded a four song 7'' on Wordsmith Covenant. Shortly after many shows, they recorded a few songs. Read more on Last.fm

Two of the songs "Age Old Story" and Death of the Fittest" were released on a split 7'' with Skys Fall Down by Moo Cow Records with Matt Howse on drums. They played many shows with all kinds of bands like Refused,Lifetime,Nuzzle,Man is the Bastard,Huasipungo,Los Crudos,Submission Hold,1134,Resist and Exist,Boy Sets Fire to name a few. They recorded an LP for Phyte Records that was never released because the band was falling apart and recorded a song "Book of Jae" over the reels for the LP which was released on a compilation "Liberame". The band played their last show in 1998 at Club P.C.H co-headlining a two day hardcore fest.
