The band is best known for the single "Sanagi", which was the ninth ED of the anime Gintama. They have also collaborated with artists such as SBK and Dragon Ash, and have served as an opening act for the latter.

The band made its major debut in 2007. In December 2010, both EIG and KAZU-O announced their retirement from POSSIBILITY on the band's blog and expressed their thanks to its members and fans. After this, the other members continued to perform as POSSIBILITY, and 43K also began working as a solo artist. However, performing with one vocalist became difficult, so 43K focused mainly on solo shows. On March 23, 2013, EIG returned to perform with the group, and they have announced that this show will be the beginning of a new era for POSSIBILITY.
