Nsi

There are multiple artists with this name: 1) NSI was a musical project from France, formed by Jean-Philippe Charpentier, who passed away in 1988, at the age of 21. Non Standard Institut - releasing their first productions on Cadenza Records. Max Loderbauer studied sound engineering, was Germany's serviceman for the Fairlight sampler, toured Europe, America and Japan as Sun Electric together with Tom Thiel from 1990 to 2000. One of his latest projects and releases was Chica and The Folder. Tobias Freund worked as a sound engineer for 18 years, is Sieg Ber Die Sonne together with Martin Schopf (Dandy Jack) and releases projects as Pink Elln, e.g. The Electronic Dreamplant. They are both scientists in sound returning to where they feel most at home in the analog world. Their puristic approach to electronic music is not only very refreshing, but also very pure and sophisticated.
