There are several bands sharing the name Nothing to Lose. 1) Nothing To Lose Was a Pop Punk band from San Diego,CA. NTL started around 1998 and broke up early 2003. Nothing to Lose was formed in 1998 by three high-school friends (Brandon Gonzalez, Johnny Upton, and Jon Jameson)in the area of San Diego.In '99, Evan White joined the band as a rythm/lead guitarrist. There influences consist of bands like: Blink-182, MxPx, The Get Up Kids, The Ataris, Strung Out, Saves The Day, NOFX, Millencolin, Jimmy Eat World, and Homegrown. In July/August of 2000 they recorded their first self-titled CD EP. 2) Nothing to Lose is an antisocial/isolationist hardcore band from Vienna, Austria. Influenced by Neglect, Integrity and the unbearable pain that is existence. 3) Nothing to Lose was a hardcore/street punk band from Victoria, Canada. They released a demo tape named "Ned" and a split with Goat Boy on the Canadian label Slow To Burn.
