In november 2005, the band released their first CD, the independent 'Apesar de tudo' ('Despite everything'). They have been participating in many music festivals mainly in Sao Paulo and Brasilia. Contrasting to a superficial and disturbed environment, Metropole Locomotiva ('Locomotive Metropolis') comes up as an antithesis among the actual frames of an artistic ordinariness.

Involved by the intrinsic need all its integrants have of creating a new way of making music, the band intends to dismiss the prejudice that faces youthful foolishness as a characteristic of rock since its beginning, raising this musical style to an inherent to poets literary sincerity, so that it shows the possibility of breaking this dichotomy. Metropole's lyrics deals with controversial issues, such as the frivolousness of the sensation of illusion caused by the use of drugs and the indignation in face of inhuman acts and before the triteness of the feelings. In spite of pointing infuriating matters, it's not a goal of the band to provoke any politically correct behaviours neither pessimistic points of view about life. The band seeks to raise a reason for living, intending to set the public free from preconceived shape and to provide wondering about the reciprocity between the human being and the world.
