Says Marty “My trip to the United States was definitely the biggest highlight of my music career so far; I had the opportunity to co-write songs with a whole bunch of amazing people across America. Writing with Ben Lee and Steffan Lessard as a group was an amazing experience and the fact that Steffan was willing to write, hangout and even record on my album was a musical dream in itself as the Dave Matthews Band has been one of my most influential bands to date.

My trip took many unexpected turns, I was supposed to be there for a 2 week writing trip and then return, but I ended up recording 70% of my album with producer Robert Carranza in the Brushfire Records studio over a four day period.” The first single ‘I See Things Different Now’ is now out and the video clip features one of Australia’s hottest models Stephanie ‘Bambi’ Northwood-Blyth.
