Martina Šindlerová (also known as Martina Schindlerová) is a Slovak pop singer. She was born on 29th June 1988 in Bratislava (Slovakia). She started her career in the poprock band called ProRock. But her real career started after the show Slovak Idol (Slovensko hľadá superstar). She finished the second in this show, but she is more popular than the other participants. Producer is famous Slovak musician, producer and composer Oskar Rózsa. First single from it (Pekelná cesta do neba) was used in Slovak film “Polčas rozpadu”. She represented Slovakia in July 2008 at the the International Çeşme Song Contest (part of the 19th-annual Çeşme Sea Festival). She competed with song Pekelná cesta do neba against participant from Sweden, Italy, France, Lithuania, the Ukraine, Germany, Greece, Turkey, the Netherlands and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
