Two years later his collaboration with Static Blue lead to a highly successful release on Alter Ego Records entitled “Amurai vs. Static Blue – After the Sunrise”. During the next two years, inspiration from various classical and modern composers such as Khachatur Avetisyan, Hans Zimmer, John Williams, and Djivan Gasparyan lead him to begin work on a beautiful progressive track named “Tears of Armenia”, signed to Solarstone’s Deep Blue Label in 2008. Later in 2008 Amurai signed with Armin Van Buuren’s Armada record company and secured some unique releases including collaborations with renowned vocalists Emma Hewitt and Jenni Perez. In the first quarter of 2009, Amurai launched his own electronic radio show called ‘Amurai Global’ which airs on over 10 online and FM radio stations around the world.
He now uses the artist names “Amurai” and “Manvel Ter-Pogosyan” to consistently release uplifting Trance and euphoric Progressive music while creating a unique name for himself in the dance genre.
