Meanwhile he was busy learning the basic fundamentals of music production, mostly by himself but also supported by more experienced producers. After four years of music production immersion, M-Klome published 5 tracks on various CD compilations (Alchemy rec., Transient rec.) and began working on his first solo album project which was released in May 2007 on Free-Spirit Records. M-Klome has played in most of the important clubs in London, such as The Brixton Academy (most recently supporting Infected Mushroom and Astrix),The Coronet, The SeOne, The Mass, Mayfair, Colosseum and Jakxx, plus many outdoor parties and a few festivals abroad in Austria, Lithuania and Italy. Matteo mainly produces music at home with basic studio equipment, such as Dynaudio studio monitors, RME FIREFACE 400, Digidesign MBOX, VAIO laptop, software like Cubase, Logic, Pro tools, Ableton LIVE and various softsynths.
In the near future Matteo also hopes to expand his production skills and try to incorporate different kinds of music styles into his production. For M-Klome, music is not just a hobby... it's his way of life. M-Klome, of Free-Spirit Records has been making waves on a slew of great trance compilations lately, and these track releases have only served to build up the energy for his debut album, Interruptions! Over an hour's worth of twisted clubland psytrance tracks set a high standard for this year's worldwide dancefloor.
Despite his fledgling artist status, M-Klome's talent appeared on the global circuit with the force and energy of a supernova, and Interruptions delivers nine heavy, groovalicious tracks spanning the spectrum of tempo and the trance genre. Ranging from the progressive to the full-on, in-your-face acidic avenues of psy-trance, M-Klome's debut album has something for every mood and time. If you haven't already, you seriously need to give this album a listen, and take a glimpse into the many futures of M-Klome's rocking trance tunes! Read more on Last.fm.
