Sean Mitchell has extensive experience as a session singer having worked with Elton John, Eric Clapton, Sting, Pavarotti, Eternal, All Saints and Omar. The independent club release “Celebrate Life” in collaboration with Brasstooth was a huge success in the late 1990s. It was an anthem at the height of the explosion of the UK Garage scene and arguably is one of the greatest records ever made in that genre. He crossed paths with Kevin Julien (an equally original musician) in the mid 2000s and they developed and instant rapport and worked together developing his songs. The outcome is "Life Wrote The Words" , the major statement from one of the most original artists in music today. The first half of the disc covers serious subjects such as Child/Parent relationships ("Water Under The Bridge"), Bereavement ("Dip 7 Times"), War ("Holocaust"), presented in a live acoustic musical style, while the second half covers love found ("Fire Inside"), love lost ("Fade Away"), marriage ("Protect You"), positive thinking ("Onward") , courage and strength ("Till I Lay My Burdens Down").
