With elements of rock, pop, electronic and ambient music, it is lush and cinematic, pulled together with great songwriting.

Celebrating the mystery of this journey with powerful vocals, tribal drums, and a taste of Celtic music, the music tells the story of a warrior's quest into the unknown and back again. Larin, a multi-instrumentalist, produced and played most of the instruments, with added production from producer John Nixon. Larin’s current live show, with self-produced visuals 'Hurricane - A Song Cycle,' embodies fearless, anti-genre thinking. “If you could hook electrodes to my brain during the creating of this music, and during a performance, this is what you would see.” __________________________________________________________________ BIO - A performing artist, musician, singer/guitarist and composer/songwriter, Liz Larin’s music and lyrics invoke dramatic landscapes, romantic world.

Though Larin came up in the Michigan rock/pop/techno and jazz scene, as a romantic she is now a constant traveler. This restless creative spirit has garnered an international fan base as well as Motown, hometown accolades. In search of inspiration, she travels with a portable audio and video production studio capturing creative moments when they strike. As a multi-instrumentalist composer, Liz Larin is as comfortable in a recording studio as on a stage performing live. “Live performance is about being totally in the moment and sharing the music, it’s pure joy for me.” Liz Larin's NEW CD ‘Hurricane’ and live show is an audio-video performance, a natural progression supporting the cinematic scope of the music.

Recording under four names, this one-woman creative powerhouse has been likened to a female version of Peter Gabriel playing with The Edge, holding her own with the round of strong women performers currently topping the charts with fresh, original music. Liz Larin is fearless and embodies a spirit of inventiveness and anti-genre thinking. Recently voted number fifteen by AOR Magazine in the UK, in an issue about the top 50 women in rock history. __________________________________________________________________ HISTORY: A songwriter at age ten, Liz Larin was a professional musician by 12, as a performer of religious music.
