LP (aka Lisa Preston) started writing beats on her mpc back in 2004 and although still a novice on the beats, she’s been finding her voice and production skills over recent years working on collaborations with k15, Bluevibe studio, Jellphonic , 40 winks, and Skylab. She recorded her first singles with The Cherished Collective back in 2002 , has added flavours on backing vocals for Trinity Roots and the Little Bushman albums, and features on the Read more on Last.fm

She recorded her first singles with The Cherished Collective back in 2002 , has added flavours on backing vocals for Trinity Roots and the Little Bushman albums, and features on the recently released Bluevibe Studio presents “This Life” Volume One ep (on the single “High times” also featuring Lewis McCallum). The ep “A New Path” by K15 & LP is now available in digital format through Itunes, Amazon.com and Emusic.com. She has performed out live in Wellington (where she lives) with Adi Dick and Sons of Puha, along with other freestyle jams with willing accomplices.
