He has entered its history as prominent composer, teacher, community activist. In each of these fields he left a special, unique and meaningful legacy. The creative inheritance of Revutsky was the continuation of his predecessors - Lysenko, Kyrylo Stetsenko, Mykola Leontovych, Yakiv Stepovyy. Professionalism, expression of national character in his creative activities, honesty and devotion made him an original, unique phenomenon in the Ukrainian culture.
