Left Hand Daisy is a quartet hailing from Grand Rapids, MI, with a keen ability to cut through the clutter with a fresh, modern sound and incredibly true, intricate lyrics. Adam Mikrut's earnest singing leads the listener to believe that there is nothing more important that the story he's telling. The Lead Guitar of Bob Derksen injects a dose of pop sensibility that also cuts like the edge of a blade. James Mikrut's piercing drums along with Nathan Hinkley's creative, growling bass lines bring together an outfit that just might surprise the hell out of you. They released their first album entitled 'Petals End' in 2005. The album was a sixteen track mix of new material and songs the band brought from past projects.

In 2006 they released their second album, an EP entitled 'Space Toys'. The album held 5 tracks the band had crafted entirely as Left Hand Daisy. Space Toys gained the band an immediate following. The album's sound has been compared to Pop Rock bands such as the Weakerthans, Daphne Loves Derby and Something Corporate.

Left Hand Daisy's members have performed both regionally and nationally, for audiences as large as 3,500. The band released their second EP entitled 'Audiotoxin' in June, 2008. It showcased a new sound for Left Hand Daisy - edgier, vastly more mature and professionally polished. The band is currently in the studio working on an LP, scheduled for release in spring of 2010.
