Krzysztof Sadowski (born December 15, 1936) is a Polish pianist, organist and jazz composer. He debuted in 50s and initially performed with Modern Combo founded by him in 1957. In the years 1964-1967 Sadowski was the leader of the Polish National Radio Broadcaster group: Bossa-Nova Combo. Ever since he has been playing with his own Organ Group. Krzysztof Sadowski is known for cooperation with lead polish jazz artists (Zbigniew Namysłowski, Jerzy Duduś Matuszkiewicz, Jan Ptaszyn Wróblewski, Andrzej Kurylewicz, Tomasz Stańko, Janusz Muniak). He composed soundtracks and songs for Maria Koterbska, Irena Santor, Violetta Villas and the others. Sadowski has also made a name for himself as jazz popularizer and activist.
