J Switch was still in a metal band at the time when he first heard dnb and picked up mixing Drum & Bass a few months later due to the band deciding to throw in the towel and move on. J Switch and Killafoe met each other after school one day throwing down tracks up on the decks which then lead them into to trading production software. In 2002 both were learning the ways of producing solo and trading samples with one another, until late 2004 J Switch did a remix of Killafoe's "Now On" which lead to the idea to make two names collide and form KillSwitch. With the like's of heavy metal vs hardcore vs hip hop styles causing Dance-floor destroyers, the style is relentless and ideas where never scarce. Now after spending two or so years in the studio and several gigs at numeours veneus inc.
Trafik, Southside, Calm Before the Storm and Residents at EbbnFlow means they have had the chance to drop there recent experiments at many differnt crowds. J Switch and Killafoe were approached by Inhibit Productions to become Ressidents and to help with ideas. This lead to big Nights at Industry Sessions and the Birth K.OS Sessions, which runs weekly on Krisisdnb.com and monthly on Groove 101.7. With releases on various Drum and Bass AND DubStep Labels such as Mindsaw Recordings, Dubsaw Recordings, Order in Kaos Recordings, DTS Recordings, Foul Play Records, Betamorph Recordings, Hells Bassment Records and many more they are still young and just having fun is a part of their plan. Suporting big acts such as Limewax, Current Value, Dylan and Robyn, Cooh, Nanotek, Ewun, Spor, SPL, Audio, Apex, the Sect and many more while also being resident dj's for Therapy Sessions Australia the future looks right to hold some big and sick things for these crazy demons. With many evil plots and a style consisting of ruff, chopped breaks and amens, twisted bass lines and stabs with a touch of dark, evil atmosphers and disturbing samples this is just part of their plan for destruction on the dancefloor's world wide! 2) KillSwitch is one of several monikers of Australian hip-hop artist Unkle Ho. Due to threats from metal band Killswitch Engage that they would send CDs to him, he changed his name to Switch, 4switchit and then finally to the very original non-liable name Unkle Ho. Under this name he has tracks on early elefant traks releases Cursive Writing and Food to Eat Music By. 3) Killswitch were a punk rock band from San Francisco, USA. They appeared on the Fat Wreck Chords' compilation album "Short Music For Short People".
