K.D.B. (Acronym for Krumple Dollar Bills), Emcee, born and raised in “Tower City” Toronto, Ontario, Canada, started his musical journey at the young age of 11. While growing up in the west end M.T.H.A. projects; Swansea Mews, he mentions being inspired by Hip-Hop pioneers such as Krs-One, Kool G Rap, Big Daddy Kane and Scarface to name a few.

By the age of 13 he had already composed a number of original songs and it wasn’t long after that he formed his first rap band named M.T.O.D (More Than One Don). Growing up as an “inner city youth”, life carried its hardships such as peer pressure and poverty. In the Mid 90’s he formed a new group with his fellow alumni’s named “Crooks of the Round Table” that consisted of four members at first; KDB, King Con, D.J Merlin and producer Adrenaline; the band soon after recruited 5 additional emcees. K.D.B got his first “peek” at fame with the groups successful records and music videos that eventually reached Rap audiences everywhere from Toronto to Japan.

Inevitably a solo artist, K.D.B went on to release two singles and videos from his 2003 LP entitled “The R”. K.D.B. has always entertained a vast fan base with his captivating stage presence in Ontario and recently, across the country during the 2011 “Zero Dollars and a Dream” tour. The tour ran concurrent with the release of his collaborative album “Within The Solace”; Produced by Toronto’s “St.

Peter” which quickly turned out to be an underground success featuring some of K.D.B.’s best work. Now entering the next level in his solo career, K.D.B is gearing up to entertain the masses with his music. KDB is a welcomed addition to the BWC family and has toured Canada, Europe, and Asia with the squad. Read more on Last.fm.
