Thats why, despite building a 3.8 GPA while attending Florida A&M University as a business major, her childhood addiction sent her AWOL. I plan to go back to and get my degree, she claims. is really what I wanted to do. I couldn't take no more, so she just made a flight to New York when her classes were out.
A single Black female residing in the Rotten Apple, Jha was equipped solely with a demo and an address list of record labels. A mistake in locale led to a chance meeting with Dip affiliates, who in turn introduced her to the rest of the Harlem squad. "I'm seeing Cam walk by, I'm seeing Jimmy walk by, and I'm like: Wow, is this really happening?" she remembers. "I'm saying is this really happening cause I got close before, but never that close" she says.
After an impromptu listening session, Jha's Southern twang eventually became Dipset certified but it took a minute. "I'm gonna be real, she begins. [Initially] Killa was very standoffish. But I(Jha) made them love me like they had no choice." The Citrus State spitter proved she was invaluable.
Displaying a knack for songwriting, she crafted "Get From Round Me", a jolted cut from "Diplomatic Immunity 2" that features Cam and Juelz Santana, and her latest effort (featuring P.
