After finishing high school, Lee moved to Nashville and enrolled in Belmont University's music business program where she pursued music and songwriting. During this time, she performed at local Nashville clubs and eventually worked with established songwriters such as American Idol judge and songwriter Kara DioGuardi, Hillary Lindsey ("Jesus, Take the Wheel," "This One's for the Girls") and Liz Rose ("Tim McGraw," "Teardrops on My Guitar"). During one of her performances at a fair in Jacksonville, Fla., Lee was invited by Atlantic Records to perform and was later signed. Lee's debut and upcoming album was produced by noted Nashville producers Mark Bright, Paul Worley and Nathan Chapman.
"It's a Girl Thing" is her first single from the upcoming album. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply..
