Jan Puimège (Antwerp, 7 August 1955 - Antwerp, 22 May 1982)was a very talented belgian singer, in a genre called 'Kleinkunst', a dutch kind of chanson, music where the lyrics are most important, before cheesy pop-tunes or simple i-love-you-songs. In 1975 he won a talentshow, 'ontdek the ster', on the flemish public broadcasting channel, the (then so called) BRT (now VRT). In 1975 his album 'Morgenvroeg' was published, 5 years later 'Pendelend', but then, after two more years, he suddenly died of a heart-attack. Read more on Last.fm
