Jac Berrocal is an avant-garde musician, composer & a master trumpeter active during the 70s and the Godfather of French Underground. Berrocal’s Artaudian theatre style, combines the excesses of punk and coldwave to a 1968 Situationist perspective. His complex style is layered with savage improvisations and interspersed sounds swerving on a structured stratosphere. His field recordings include abusing an arsenal of instruments including saw blades, pistols, bones, shower attachment and even gingerbread, and of course Berrocal’s vocals baring a compelling sense of urgency.

In his last decades he did live audio visual exhibitions and studio collaborations with Telectu, David Tibet, Nurse With Wound, Andrew Liles, and other avant-garde artists in the scene. David Fenech David is a French composer, performer, and improviser. his works include acoustic, electronic, tape, and digital media, sound installations and film scores. born in july 1969 (at the same time men were walking on the moon), David had a guitar for his 10th birthday and never ceased making music since then. After creating the musical collective Peu Importe in grenoble in 1991 (free improvisation and songs - many gigs in europe) his music has shifted to more personal and strange areas, mainly using voice as an instrument.

In 2000 he released his first solo cd called Grand huit on the now defunct Tout l’univers label. the record is like a long movie for the ears, with 8 different clips. he then released a lp in duet with Moka, called Les vaches (cows) on Romulus and remus. Vincent Epplay Read more on Last.fm.
