They are soon off to Hard Rock Cafe, New York for a series of gigs. The band has also toured the U.K and Wales as part of the Soundpad tour, 2009. They called themselves ‘The Superfuzz Bigmuff’ when they first started out and were primarily a blues based, guitar-bass oriented rock band which has a retro sound but set in a punk, new wave mold, relying on Sabbath style fat guitar riffs.

After winning the Indian Campus Rock Idols, they truncated their name to ‘The Superfuzz’. The current singles which have found their way into lists include Sing To me and Traitors And Foolish Friends. With a name inspired from Puscifer, the current line-up includes original members Sanchal Malhar (guitars and vocals) and Nikhil Rufus (bass). Sahil Mendiratta (drums) replaced Aditya Seth and Rahul Sainani (guitar) was the latest addition as the band attempted to change sound and style. Read more on Last.fm.
